• Site preparation – Covering of work area and walkways.

• Removal & disposal of existing toilet, vanity, shower screen, cornices, architrave, wall + floor tiles.

• Plumbing – Optional.

• Electrical – Optional.

• Bathroom wall lining – 6mm Fibro cement sheeting / 10mm Aquachek sheeting/cement rendering

• Wet area waterproofing – Includes certificate of compliance.

• Wall & floor tiling.

• Linear grates (Strip drain) & tile inert floor waste

• Fit out of toilet, bath, and tapware *Optional.

• Installation of vanity and bathroom accessories

• Clean up of site and removal and disposal of waste.
