There are no short cuts when it comes to us. We tile all wet area floors prior to wall tile installation. Two major reasons why we do this is that the Australian Standards require all wall tiles to sit on floor tiles and the second reason is by tiling the floor first there is no damage to the waterproofing membrane from wall tiling.
