With the popularity of natural stone and polished porcelain tiles soaring each year. Many owners are unaware of the proper care and maintenance of these products. Did you know that using an acid based cleaner will damage the appearance of calcium-base stone over time? The acid itself creates bigger pores which increases the chance of potential staining. Even most popular products on the supermarket shelf can still be very acidic and can be causing more damage than doing good to your tiled floor.

TILE-STONE Care Cleaning Services

Concentrated Stone & Tile Clean- A super concentrated cleaner which formulated for everyday use. This product is a must for all routine cleaning and existing tiled floors and is safe enough to use over sealed tiles.

• Step 1. We apply our special concentrated cleaner to your floor as well as a powerful non-harsh abrasive agent. This nano sized particle penetrates below tough stains, dissolves and lifts them out.
• Step 2. Go over your floor with a low speed scrubbing machine to remove all types of dirt’s and contaminants.
• Step 3. We then remove all the dirty solutions with a wet vacuum.
• Step 4. Wash the floor down with clean water
• Step 5. Polish your floor clean and dry

This product will leave your tiles sparkling clean and smelling fresh.

Heavy Duty Cleaning – For newly laid floors or areas that have been neglected or subjected to heavy use.
It removes greases, dirt, soap scum, body oils, mildew stains, algae, protective wax coatings, tough stains and grout haze. This clean is also included prior to sealing of your tiles.

Extreme Clean (Commercial) – A product that goes beyond routine cleaning to address the special needs of existing tiles.
Offering a clean so extreme suitable for stone, tile, masonry and concrete we are able to renew your existing surface in a safe and friendly manner. Extreme cleaning not only brings the surface back to life but removes hydrocarbon stains, mineral deposits, red dirt and rust stains. We are able to provide a clean more extreme than high pressure steam washing. This can be completed at a fraction of the cost of replacing the floor and with minimal disruption.

Types of sealers?

Six-sided pre sealing prior to tile installation. (Highly recommended for limestone and porous stone). This provides stain resistance and protection during the stages of installation and construction.

Penetrating sealer
A sealer which sits below the surface and offers a no sheen natural look finish. It is designed to resist stain.

Coating Sealer
A sealer which sits on the surface and provides a low sheen or high gloss finish. It provides maximum stain resistance and makes textured surfaces easy to clean.
